FILESIT uses the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Storage Service S3 bucket with 99.999999999% durability for protection against hardware failures, errors, and natural disasters. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds more security.
No emails are deleted from your inboxes. Emails show as FILED, UNFILED or IGNORED for easy deletion to clean up inboxes.
FILESIT’s MANAGE UNFILED feature makes it easy to file and create new contacts on the fly, or add email addresses to an ignore list.
ILESIT manages contacts by relating them to organisations, individuals, or user-defined projects, as well as trust funds, promotions, or any other category without causing data duplication. It also includes email management, ensuring all communications are linked appropriately to the relevant contacts and entities.
The SQL database avoids data duplication to ease maintenance and storage overheads.
